  46. DESCRIPTION

  48.      ToolManager is a full featured program for either Workbench  or  CLI
  49.      tool management. Includes the ability to add menu items to  the  2.x
  50.      "Tools" menu, add Workbench icons or dock windows.
  51.  
  52.      The configuration is based on a object-oriented concept and  handled
  53.      by a preferences program.
  54.  
  55.      ToolManager supports ARexx, localization, networking and sound.
  56.  
  57.      This release is only a small upgrade, you'll  still  need  the  full
  58.      ToolManager 2.1 release.
